    How to Sell:

    1. Send us your toys for an obligation-free appraisal. We recommend packing them within a sturdy cardboard box, using plenty of bubble-wrap or soft styrene foam for protection. If sending within Australia, the use of Australia Post's Registered or Insured parcel service is suggested. If sending from outside of Australia, some form of postal insurance is recommended.

  • Once received, we will email you with a cash appraisal. Should you decide to take our offer, we will also reimburse you in full for any postal or insurance charges incurred, in addition to our cash price for your toys. Should you decide not to take our offer, we will promptly return your toys to you by secure parcel post & at our cost, in the exact condition that we received them in.

    2. Send us an email, telling us about your toys, to cash@cratercritters.com (listing the type, condition & number of toys; the attachment of a clear digital image or scan can also be very helpful in making our appraisal).

  • Once your description & pictures are received, we will email you with a provisional, obligation-free cash appraisal. Should you be happy with our offer, you can then send us your toys, so that we may confirm your cash price. We recommend packing them within a sturdy cardboard box, using plenty of bubble-wrap or soft styrene foam for protection. If sending within Australia, the use of Australia Post's Registered or Insured parcel service is suggested. If sending from outside of Australia, some form of postal insurance is recommended.

  • After your toys are received & their condition is confirmed, we will email you again to confirm our previous cash appraisal. If you are still happy, in addition to our cash price for your toys, we will also reimburse you in full for any postal or insurance charges incurred. Should you decide not to take our offer, we will promptly return your toys to you by secure parcel post & at our cost, in the exact condition that we received them in.
